We’re throwing caution to the wind and adding our largest ever dry hop into this Double NEIPA. Like eccentric wizards with nothing to lose, we've paired up hops from Australia, New Zealand andthe USA - Rakau, Galaxy and Mosaic - to create a flavour profile that is rich in peaches, passion fruits and papayas. In order to balance the substantial dry hop, we’ve asked our innovation team to modify the malt bill ensuring that characteristic Mountain Culture drinkability remains. In actual fact we were quite considerate in our approach to this gigantic IPA. Come to think of it, this beer is the product of a lot of care and thought. We might need to rethink the name... 500ml | 8.4% ABV
