Ale Aged in Cherry Wine Barrels w/ Danish Stevnsbær Cherries. Each year, we set out to push the boundaries of our wild ale program beyond prior achievements with new blends, unique techniques, and high quality ingredients. A foundation of our program is our use of Danish Stevnsbær cherries from Frederiksdal Kirsebærvin. This fruit helps us remember where we come from, but what we are truly inspired by - liquid bliss. Complexity is paramount, rich character, and intense experience, Meditations is our step forward. Presented is our best wild ale entry yet, and surely not the last.
