Il Birrificio Liquida nasce dalla coesione molecolare di 3 ragazzi con un obiettivo comune: fare birra e farla sempre più buona!
Il nome si ispira al concetto stesso di liquido, innanzitutto per il suo legame diretto con lo stato della birra come corpo fluido, in evoluzione, in crescita, che conserva il proprio volume ma che tende a prendere la forma del recipiente in cui è posto.
È dinamicità e passione, intraprendenza e meticolosità, è cambiamento, mutamento e trasformazione, è il perfezionamento che darà al “contenitore” le forme più disparate e geniali.Il segreto? Senza alcun dubbio l’enorme passione di ognuno di loro per il mondo della birra artigianale e della produzione.
Ed è cosi che Birrificio Liquida, nei pressi di Ferrara nel piccolo comune di Ostellato, diventa ufficialmente un birrificio indipendente nel 2020.
