That gives it a delicate fruity aroma and a beautiful dark pink colour, just like the dress I wore to our cousin Willy’s wedding. (But that’s of no interest to you since you undoubtedly don’t know Willy). Framboise is served as an aperitif, but I also use it in cooking. And when I don’t finish the bottle in my preparations, I finish it in my glass.

La Lindemans Framboise est une bière belge légère à la framboise. Cette boisson aromatisée a été créée à la fin des années 1970 et est rapidement devenue l'une des bières les plus appréciées de la brasserie.
Sa fabrication unique commence par une fermentation exclusivement produite dans la région de Bruxelles, où la brasserie Lindemans a été fondée en 1822. La bière est ensuite enrichie avec du jus de framboise frais, lui confèrant ainsi sa couleur rose foncée caractéristique et son arôme fruité. Une explosion de saveurs :
La Lindemans Framboise a un goût frais et fruité avec une touche douce et acidulée de framboise. Sa légèreté en bouche la rend très facile à boire et en fait une boisson parfaite pour les journées chaudes d'été ou pour une parenthèse de détente dans vos journées. De plus, la bière a une faible teneur en alcool de seulement 1.1%, ce qui en fait une option idéale pour ceux qui recherchent une boisson légère et gourmande.

Powerful raspberry aromas with a hint of caramel and a slightly sour finish characteristic of lambic beers. Plum and pink color with thin head and decent lacing. Malty intro with some carbonation evident in the mouth. Initial raspberry flavor is subtle and smooth on the tongue but soon becomes bittersweet in the aftertaste.
