THE LOW DOWN Praline Du Framboise (6.0%) is our rich and decadent Praline (chocolate, hazelnut & vanilla stout) loaded with fresh whole raspberries from the Bellarine Peninsula just outside of Geelong. We added a truckload of whole raspberries into a fermentation and allowed it go long and cool to preserve aromatics and dryness.
