Het Kapittel ABT is a Belgian Tripel strong ale from Leroy Breweries. Leroy Breweries was formed from the merger of two historic Belgian breweries, and the history of brewing in the company dates back to 1572. Het Kapittel ABT pours a sumptuous amber colour, releasing aromas of bready malts, spice and fruit. The flavour is complex and lower in bitterness than expected for a Tripel. Full-bodied and subtly sweet, this beer is very drinkable considering the strength at 10% ABV.
