Everything we brew, we do for the people from the North. We make beer for the hearty folk with distinct sensibilities and accents to match. We take inspiration from dive bars and dark corners and craft beer that is distinctly, defiantly from here. We change laws, we experiment, and we continue to brew the very best beer as different as the people from the North.
At Surly, we don’t really do things the easy way. We should probably consider it, but honestly it’s just so damn boring. Instead, we do the work, we put in the hours, and we craft the absolute best beer we can.
