This is their third beer using their homemade coolship, and there's a correlation forming between the beers.
An underlying, fruit-forward note, hard to define that keeps cropping up. Using historic British brewing techniques, and heritage floor-malted barley, raw regenerative YQ wheat and single farm UK hops.
There is a smooth, gentle roast, caramelised fig jam sweetness, biscuity moreishness and underneath all that ethereal fruity character that they think comes from whatever magic is occurring in the coolship.
