It's almost 2 years since our last DIPA, so we thought it was high time for another. It's light in colour, but we used twice as much malt as we would for a pale ale, and that gives this beer a deep, sweet and complex body. Tasting Notes:
made sure to match the sweetness with a lot of hops though, both in whirlpool and through generous dry-hopping. You can expect notesof tangerine, resin, pine, and tropical fruits both in the aroma and in the flavour. This beer has everything you'd expect from an IPA, but turned up even higher and with a touch of alcohol warmth to the finish - perfect for the colder months! Less
