Our adventure with Baxbier, Folkingebrew and Maktoob continues - this time with what looks like a big fat Greek wedding. 💍 IN THICCNESS AND IN HEALTH is - appropiately so - a huge and dense ice cream smoothie sour ale.🍦🍦🍦 On top of a rich, fluffy and fuzzy overripe peach canvas we layered volumetric tons of orange, peach and Greek Yogurt-flavoured ice cream, and then riddled it with exotic mandarin and orange puree for that 'white cake meets citrus peel' vibe, but amplified. 🍰🍊🍑 A multi-layered wedding cake that stands to be devoured by all the guests, not just the bride and the groom, we hope. 👰♀🎂🤵 Keep and serve refrigerated at all times for maximum freshness and effect.
