Holy Goat aged this blend for one month on over 400kg of whole ‘Stevnsbær’ sour cherries, sourced from the orchards on the Frederiksdal estate used to produce award-winning Danish cherry wine. These cherries are second use (after HG’s kriek inspired beer Holy Mountain) but still provide intense flavour and aroma in this robust sour red ale.
