This intricate aging process brings out rich whisky notes that beautifully complement its chocolatey, roasty, and bittersweet character. It’s a true labor of love from the master brewers, who carefully fill mash tuns with roast barley, pinhead oats, and malted barley. The result? A thick, viscous beer that ferments slowly as the yeast works its way through. Aged for at least six months, the beer absorbs the flavors of the whisky-soaked wood, until it meets the high standards of their Master Brewer, Stuart.
