Gwynt Y Ddraig is committed to sustainability and uses environmentally-friendly farming practices to grow their apples.The cider-making process at Gwynt Y Ddraig is a combination of traditional and modern methods. The company uses a state-of-the-art press to extract the juice from the apples, but then ferments the juice in oak barrels to give the cider a unique, complex flavor profile. Gwynt Y Ddraig ciders are all natural, with no added sugars or artificial flavours.Gwynt Y Ddraig has won numerous awards for their ciders, including multiple gold medals at the Royal Welsh Show and the International Cider Challenge.
