Rifermentata in bottiglia e non filtrata, una volta versata nel bicchiere si presenta di un invitante colore dorato, leggermente velato. I sentori al naso ed al palato sono pungenti ed aciduli, in evidenza percepiamo note di frutta a pasta gialla che emergono su una base di sentori muffati, note di cantina, sfumature "funk" e citriche. Una birra complessa, ben equilibrata tra le note di pesca ed i sentori acidi tipici di questo stile.

Bière de fermentation spontanée obtenue à partir de la fermentation de mirabelles à raison de 230 gr de fruits par litre de lambic. De douces saveurs de pêche, une trame acidulée et toujours les petites notes de sésame caractéristiques des assemblages de la gueuzerie. Quantité limitée à une bouteille par personne.
