The aroma: a combination of green apples, smoky barrels and lemon balm. Citrus vodka as it warms in the glass.

The taste: the lemon-like acidity of the culinary and dessert fruit jostles for domination alongside the spiced orange of the dabinett; the former just pipping it for us. Malolactic character has started to develop some vanilla creaminess, whilst the apples taste green and crisp. The finish is bone dry and the chewy tannins coat the sides of the mouth with astringency. There’s a savoury, salty character to it. 750ml. 7.5% Less
