un blend de café que pueda caer bien en dos cervezas: Una stout y una Pale Sour. El resultado es un blend super complejo, fuerte y con cuerpo robusto, con notas a chocolate y frutas. La Stout que elaboramos es maltosa, con sabores profundos y con un caracter tostado leve. Nos concentramos en los sabores de fruto seco, bizcochos y chocolate mientras que la astringencia de la cerveza a la menor expresión posible, para darle lugar al caracter tostado del café. Redondeamos con una cantidad super generosa de avena en copos y un final medio seco para lograr que sea tan bebible como un café cold brew.

We sent the guys at both Three Marks and Nomad Coffee roasters the brief of coming up with a coffee blend that would compliment two beers; a stout and a pale sour. They came up with a really complex blend that is rich and full bodied with chocolate and light fruity notes. The stout we brewed was a to be rich and malty with lots of low end flavour and easy on the roast character. We concentrated on getting nutty, biscuity and chocolate flavours into the beer and keeping roast astringency to a minimum to allow space for the roast character of the coffee. A high quantity of flaked oats rounds it out but finishing with a medium dry finish this is as drinkable as cold brew coffee. Ver menos
