To celebrate the 6th anniversary of the opening of Garage Beer Co, we wanted to have a bit of fun so we thought why not brew a DIPA that is dry hopped with 6 of our favorite hops. One hop to celebrate each year. We selected 6 of the most straight up fruity, juicy hops that we have been most happy with throughout the year to give us a booming DIPA that is straight up fruit punch! We have made every effort to make this the softest, most juicy beer we have brewed this year. Starting with a soft water profile, and malt base of extra pale pilsner and plenty of wheat for fluffiness and just enough oats for that characteristic silky profile the platform was layed for the hop attack. Stacked with Mosaic, Citra, Azacca Cryo, Bru-1, Galaxy, and HBC 630 this dry hop reads as a who's who in juice circles. Tasting Notes: A DIPA with all of the pineapple, mango, peach, apricot and citrus that anyone could wish for and more. Get this fresh. Drink it. Enjoy it as much as we do. Cheers!
