En el lado caliente hemos cargado esta cerveza con tres lúpulos diferentes seleccionados específicamente para llenar el flujo de mosto con compuestos que darán a la cerveza una profunda columna vertebral de maracuyá y cítricos. La materia prima es, como siempre, la habitual base suave de IPA DB, diseñada para que entre como la seda.

The latest IPA Del Barrio off the line is a stine fruit and tropical explosion. Featuring El Dorado, Cryo HBC630 and Cashmere we get lots of peach and apricot up front combined with cherry notes and bright tropical aromas of melon and passion fruit. On the hot side we have loaded this up with three different hops specifically selected to fill the wort stream with compounds that will give the beer a deep backbone of passion fruit and citrus. The grist as ever is the usual soft IPA DB base designed for ultimate drinkability. Ver menos
