El Yakima Chief YCH303 es una mezcla de lúpulo criogénico de Citra, Mosaic y Simcoe enriquecido con Phantasm para un aumento considerable de sustancias precursoras del tiol. Se añade en el whirlpool, antes de que la cerveza se envíe a fermentar con la nueva variedad de levadura liberadora de tioles WLP077 Tropicale de White Labs. Estos dos ingredientes en conjunto liberan tioles muy activos en el aroma proporcionando un gran impacto de fruta de la pasión tropical y sabor a uva. A continuación, le añadimos un dry hop masivo de Simcoe T90, Citra T90, Citra Cryo, Mosaic T90 y Mosaic Cryo para un contundente golpe de lúpulo con aromas de mango verde, anillos de melocotón, lima, fruta de la pasión, pomelo y pino. Con una sensación en boca increíblemente suave y un amargor suave pero ciertamente presente, ¡esta es una IPA perfecta para disfrutar en Mash 23 o dondequiera que puedas conseguirla!

This years official Mash festival beer is a three way collab with Yakima Chief Hops and White Labs and it’s a stonker. Using a pair of new ingredients, one hop product and one a novel yeast strain, we have brewed the juiciest of the juicy. Yakima Chief YCH303 is a cryo hop blend of Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe which is enriched with Phantasm for a massive boost of Thiol precursors. Added in whirlpool, before the beer was sent off to be fermented with White Labs new thiol liberating yeast strain WLP077 Tropicale. These two ingredients in concert release very aroma active thiols providing a huge hit of tropical passion fruit and grape character. We then hit it with a massive dry hop of Simcoe T90, Citra T90, Citra Cryo, Mosaic T90 and Mosaic Cryo for an overwhelming hop assault that boasts banging aromas of green mango, peach rings, lime, passion fruit, grapefruit and pine. With an incredibly smooth mouthfeel and a gentle but certainly present bitterness, this is a perfect IPA to enjoy at Mash 23 or wherever you can get your hands on it! Ver menos
