Nuestro local más nuevo, en Marqués de Barberá, justo en el centro de la ciudad, es una auténtica taberna a la vieja usanza, ideal para disfrutar de una noche con los colegas. Y esta IPA es increíblemente bebible e ideal para una pequeña fiesta a pesar de su 6% de alcohol. Construida sobre una base súper pálida con un 40% de avena, es tan suave, jugosa y mullida como se pueda imaginar. Enigma, Strata, Citra y Galaxy traen el barullo con una aroma complejo y un fuerte toque a sorbete. Después, todo es vino blanco, maracuyá, manzana roja, pomelo, pera y melocotón con abundantes matices húmedos de marihuana. En Marques De Barbera nos vamos a aficionar a este vino.

It’s hard to believe Garage Beer Co turns 8 this year. It’s been quite a journey and to mark this milestone we have brewed four beers named after the address of each of our four locations. And each beer has a significance to that location. Our newest location on Marques de Barbera, smack bang in the city centre is a real old school boozer suited to getting stuck into a session with friends. And this IPA is ridiculously drinkable and ideal for a little session despite it’s 6% abv. Built on super pale base with 40% oats this is as soft, juicy and pillowy as they come. Enigma, Strata, Citra and Galaxy bring the noise with a complex nose with a strong tangy sherbet angle. Then it is all white wine, passion fruit, red apple, grapefruit, pear and peach with no shortage of dank marijuana undertones.
