La Pilsner italiana suele basarse en lúpulos de estilo noble europeo. Cold Pale Ale…. ¿existe siquiera? Esta West Coast Pils es lo que obtendríamos si tomáramos una Pils alemana y le diéramos un toque claramente West Coast. Y es sin duda la cerveza que queremos cuando necesitamos una dosis de lúpulo Mosaic sin alcohol. Elaborada con una base de malta Pilsner alemana y un poco de malta Chit para darle cuerpo, lupulada exclusivamente en caliente y en whirlpool con Mosaic antes de ser enviada a fermentación en frío con nuestra variedad lager de la casa. A continuación, se le aplicó un dry hop con una buena cantidad de Mosaic de Oregón seleccionado a dedo. Esta cerveza brillante, fina y crujiente desprende mango jugoso y dulce, hierba húmeda, mucho pino y cítricos. Es un aroma intenso y una fiesta del espectacular lúpulo Mosaic.

Is it IPL, Cold IPA, Italian Pilsner or even Cold Pale Ale? Well, taking the direction from a bunch of fantastic beers called West Coast Pils while in San Diego, we have taken their lead on the name here. IPL could be any lager style that is hoppy. Cold IPA generally contains adjuncts, is higher abv and is often fermented between lager and ale temperatures. Italian Pilsner is typically based on European noble style hops. Cold Pale Ale…. does it even exist? This West Coast Pils is what you would get if you took German Pils and gave it a distinctly West Coast sensibility. And it is absolutely the beer we want when we need a Mosaic hop fix without the alcohol. Brewed with a base of German Pilsner malt and a little Chit malt for body, hopped exclusively on the hot side and in whirlpool with Mosaic before being sent to cold fermentation with our house lager strain. It was then dry hopped with a healthy amount of hand selected Oregon Mosaic. This bright, lean and crisp beer is just stinking with sweet juicy mango, dank weed with a touch of sweat and plenty of pine and citrus. It’s a complex aroma and a celebration of the beautiful hop that is Mosaic. Ver menos
