Luego una elevada dosis de whirlpool a bajas temperaturas busca retener la mayor cantidad posible de los preciosos pero volátiles aceites esenciales que Simcoe y Cascade nos ofrecen, a la vez que bajar los niveles de amargor. Una adición de Simcoe en dry-hop pre-fermentación tiene como objetivo obtener la mayor cantidad de sabores vivos debido a su alta concentración de tiol a la vez que altos niveles de geraniol, lo que otorga aromas fuertes a maracuyá y cítricos. Luego para elevar el zumo a tope, agregamos Mosaic y Simcoe en dos etapas de dry-hop y una dosis menor de Palisade para redondear el perfil de lúpulo con un toque herbaceo. Espera una birra super suave y balanceada gracias a un perfil de lúpulo super integrado mostrando todas las notas que estos lúpulos tienen para ofrecer.

Multi-stage hopped TIPA that sees hop additions at every stage of the process. Starting in the mash a portion of the bittering addition is added to reduce heavy metal content imparted from the malts and thus help with oxidation reduction in the lifespan of the beer. Following on from this, the bittering hop additon is added as a first wort addition seeking to achieve a smoother overall bitterness. Then a heavy whirlpool dose at reduced temperatures aims to retain as much of the beautiful but volatile oils that Simcoe and Cascade have to offer while keeping bitterness levels down. A brew day dry hop addition of Simcoe aims to get maximum bioflavouring due to it’s high thiol concentration as well as high levels of geraniol leading to a beer that is high in Passion fruit and citrus aromas pre dry hop. Then to really drive the juice, heavy additions of Mosaic and Simcoe are added in a two stage dry hop as well as a smaller dose of Palisade to round out the hop profile with a touch of dank herbalness. Expect this beer to drink super smooth due with an extremely rounded and well integrated hop profile show casing all then notes that these hops have to offer. Ver menos
