Estos lúpulos clásicos, TODOS los C vienen con muy buena reputación, por lo que los estamos mezclando los clásicos y los modernos (elementos básicos del catálogo de Garage de lúpulos) en 3 formatos diferentes de IPA. De ahí los «NEW MEETS OLD», «New skool/Old skool». Para esta IPA de 6%, hemos optado por una sensación suave y acolchada en la boca, lograda con cantidades increíbles de copos de trigo y avena. Toda esta cremosidad respaldada por el cúmulo de cítricos, frutas de hueso y bayas de los lúpulos CITRA y CASHMERE, todo complementado con una dosis saludable de CHINOOK en el dry hopping, que aporta básicamente notas de bayas, pomelo y mucho pino a la fiesta.

JADEN ASAMI. NEW Meets Old IPA 6%. After months of waiting for a consignment of old skool classic hops from the west coast of the USA, they finally arrived on our shores.. Working with a new supplier for the first time (Crosby Hops, Big Up DAVE). These classic hops, ALL the C’s and they come with a fierce reputation, so we are pairing them up with modern classics, staples of the Garage hop catalog in 3 different IPA formats. Hence the NEW MEETS OLD, New skool/Old skool hops. For this 6% IPA, we’ve gone for a soft pillowy mouth feel, achieved with insane amounts of flaked wheat and oats. All of this creamyness backed up by citrus, stone fruit and berry profile from the CITRA and CASHMERE hops, all complemented by a healthy dose CHINOOK in the dry hopping, classically bringing Berry, Grapefruit notes and a whole lot of Pine to the party.
