DDH IPA – Dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, & El Dorado.

As delicious as it’s name suggest. It smells like an Autumn evening; golden leaves, sticky fudge, marshmallow and fresh red berries. It’s leafy and herbaceous with bold flavours of pomelo and strawberry ice cream and yoghurt flavour from my childhood I only know as Peach Melba. It’s creamy and sticky and luscious. So soft, so smooth as it goes down like a bowl full of slowly melting vanilla ice cream enjoyed in bed while the rain pours outside.
