Zum 3. Geburtstag der Berliner Brauerei Fuerst Wiacek (also den Standort, nicht die Brauerei selber), wurden wieder einmal vier befreundete Brauerei zum Collab-Bier-Brauen eingeladen. Dieses Jahr ist das erste mal Track aus Manchester dabei. Dieses New England IPA wurde ausschließlich mit Nelson Sauvin, den Lieblingshopfen vieler, gebraut.

Well! What can we say? This is a single hopped, triple dry hopped, Nelson Sauvin fever dream. We used this absolute banger of a NZ hop at every stage of the brew and then triple dry hopped it just to make sure we got our point across.
It’s deliciously dry and full of grape skin, passion fruit, crisp white wine and a deep, earthy dankness. Dense, juicy and surprisingly complex. A true Sauvin celebration!
