Il birrificio Founders Brewing Co. ha creato l'All Day IPA con l'obiettivo di risolvere un problema comune tra gli appassionati di birra: come gustare più di due birre luppolate senza eccedere nel consumo di alcol? Le birre IPA tradizionali presentano infatti una gradazione alcolica compresa tra il 6% e il 7%, rendendole poco adatte a lunghe degustazioni o a giornate in spiaggia.
L'All Day IPA si distingue per la sua bassa gradazione alcolica (4,7% vol.), il suo corpo leggero e il suo gusto amaro e persistente, che la rendono una birra dall'alto potere dissetante e adatta a essere consumata in diverse occasioni. La birra si presenta con un colore biondo ambrato, accompagnato da una leggera schiuma bianca. Al naso, emergono fragranti note di pesca, pompelmo, malto, erbe e caramello. In bocca, si avvertono sapori di frutta, agrumi, pompelmo, pesca, luppolo, malto, pino, fiori ed erbe, che si uniscono in un'armoniosa sinfonia di gusto. Il retrogusto amaro e persistente rimane a lungo sul palato, confermando il carattere luppolato di questa birra.
