Folkingebrew – Planet Hopper: Planet Hopper is a 10% Hazy Triple IPA built on a malt base of pilsner, malted oats, flaked oats, and wheat to deliver body and a soft, pillowy texture. Fermented with LAIII yeast for expressive ester character, the beer is saturated with a heavy dry hop featuring Citra DynaBoost, Mosaic Cryo, El Dorado Cryo, Citra Cryo, Galaxy T90, and Mosaic Lupulin. The result is a dense, fruit-forward profile bursting with tropical fruit, citrus, and stonefruit, balanced by a clean finish that keeps the intensity in check.
