If our minds can imagine magical talking sock puppets, conjuring a luscious double IPA that tastes like mango sticky rice shouldn’t be too hard.  Inspired by various incarnations of the delicious Southeast Asian dessert, this friendly, imaginative beer shares the happy place of the Flying Monkeys.   Brewed with rice flakes for a buoyant body, ripe mango and fluffy coconut erupt in an explosion of fuzzy, tropical hops settling into an island of fresh sweetness.  

After all, isn't craft brewing basically about taking ideas that exist in your head and making them real?

Free delivery in the City of Barrie for orders over $50. Orders are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours after ordering, Monday to Friday between 9am & 7pm.

Orders are typically available the next day. We will call, text or email you when your order is ready. Standard pickup times: Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm (we will try to accommodate other times by appointment). Cerveza en cuya elaboración se han empleado copos de arroz para darle un cuerpo vigoroso, y puré de mango maduro y puré de coco, que producen una explosión de lúpulos tropicales con toques dulces.  Es una cerveza fresca, divertida y podría decirse que un poco impredecible. 

 

Maridaje: para acompañar platos que tengan base de arroz, ceviches y pescados marinados y ahumados. Y, si te es posible, con el postre en que se inspira: el Arroz Sticky con Mango.

 

Curiosidad: inspirada en varias encarnaciones del delicioso postre del sudeste asiático: Mango Sticky Rice. Postre tradicional tailandés, elaborado con arroz, leche de coco y mango.
