Пивоварня Хёйге (Brouwerij Huyghe) — одна из старейших и самых известных пивоварен Бельгии, расположенная в городе Мелле, провинция Восточная Фландрия. История пивоварни начинается в 1906 году, когда Леон Хёйге приобрёл небольшую пивоварню под названием Brouwerij-Mouterij den Appel.
