The Felinfoel Brewery is based in Felinfoel, a small village near Llanelli in Wales. History shows that the inn originally brewed its own beer during the winter months, the keeping qualities and beer strength were therefore of prime importance. The popularity of Felinfoel Beer led to the inn brewing for other local inns and thanks to demand, the brewery building was built in 1878, making it the oldest brewery in Wales. One of the oldest canners of craft beer, Felinfoel brought beer lover’s the world’s first craft ale in a can back in 1935.  To this day, the Brewery is still operated by the descendants of its founder.
