On the nose, Mosaic leads with an intense bouquet of ripe tropical fruit, blueberries, and citrus, while Ahtanum provides delicate floral notes and a touch of earthy grapefruit. The appearance is a clear, medium gold topped by a persistent off-white foam. A foundation of clean base malts offers a light, grainy support that stays in the background, allowing the assertive hop bitterness and resinous pine notes to dominate. It finishes crisp and dry, leaving a lingering, hoppy impression on the palate.

Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity and a dense, persistent off-white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
