This Summer Ale presents a delicate floral bouquet driven by a generous infusion of jasmine flowers. Built on a clean foundation of Pilsner and Vienna malts with a touch of wheat for softness, the beer balances subtle honey-like sweetness with the noble spice of Saaz and the earthy floral notes of Challenger hops. The jasmine creates a romantic, perfumed aromatic layer that complements the crisp malt profile perfectly. Appearance. Pale gold to light amber (4–6 SRM) with bright clarity. It supports a moderate, frothy white head with fair retention and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity floral jasmine perfume dominates, supported by a light bready and crackery malt backbone. Hop aroma is low to moderate, showing spicy and herbal notes from the noble hops. Fermentation is clean with negligible esters.
