Zeta Mjölnir is a powerful Hazy IPA that commands the senses with a storm of Southern Hemisphere and Pacific Northwest hop character. The addition of Riwaka provides a striking blast of passionfruit and zesty citrus, while Simcoe introduces layers of pine resin and ripe stone fruit. Enhanced by a Cryo Pop blend, the aroma is an intense tropical medley of pineapple and mango. Beneath this hoppy deluge, a subtle grainy and bready malt backbone provides structure. It pours with a luminous, opaque haze, offering a soft, juicy profile that balances vibrant fruit expression against a restrained, smooth bitterness.

Appearance. Deep straw to light orange hue with a consistent, opaque haze that gives the beer a vibrant glow. It is topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics dominated by tropical fruit, mango, and pineapple from Cryo Pop, alongside the distinctive passionfruit and lime zest of Riwaka. Simcoe contributes a supportive layer of earthy pine and apricot. Malt is low, presenting as fresh bread or neutral grain, while fermentation esters are subtly fruity.

Taste. Initial impression is a massive surge of tropical and stone fruit. Riwaka provides a citrus-forward punch that blends with resinous pine notes from the Simcoe. Malt flavors are low and bready, providing a platform for the hops without adding sweetness. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as smooth and soft, leading to an off-dry, juicy finish with no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a characteristic pillowy and soft texture. Carbonation is moderate. There is a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth and a total absence of astringency or hop burn.
