This Triple IPA delivers an intense sensory experience driven by a massive 40g/l hop load. Mosaic and Cryo Mosaic lead the profile with vibrant notes of blueberry and tropical fruit, while Cryo Ekuanot adds layers of lime and melon. The classic duo of Chinook and Simcoe provides a resinous, piney backbone and hints of grapefruit zest. Despite its formidable 11% ABV, the beer remains remarkably drinkable with a clean, neutral malt base that focuses entirely on the hops. The result is a bold Double IPA with a smooth, warming finish that balances high bitterness with a dry, resinous character.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange-copper (6-9 SRM). Generally good clarity, though a slight hop haze is present. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop-forward bouquet featuring prominent notes of passion fruit, mango, and blueberry. Secondary layers of pine resin and grapefruit zest are balanced by a subtle herbal and lime character. Malt is clean and neutral in the background. Alcohol is noticeable but well-integrated and smooth.

Taste. Initial impression is a wave of hop saturation featuring mango, papaya, and berry flavors. High bitterness is firm and clean, lacking harshness. Low, supportive malt provides a grainy, unobtrusive base. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering, resinous hop aftertaste and a smooth alcohol presence.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, velvety texture. Moderate carbonation. Significant but well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, without any harsh hop-derived astringency.
