This Bavarian Helles presents a luminous gold pour topped with a dense, creamy foam. The foundation is built on traditional grainy-sweet malt, offering a soft and rounded palate. While the style usually leans on herbal notes, the addition of Mosaic hops introduces a sophisticated, lightly fruity character that distinguishes this expression. It drinks with a clean, well-lagered profile, balancing the gentle sweetness of the malt against a restrained bitterness. The finish is remarkably smooth and dry, leaving a lingering, delicate tropical suggestion from the modern hop profile while remaining a refreshing, everyday lager.
Appearance. Pale gold (4 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a persistent, creamy white head and fine carbonation bubbles.
Aroma. Moderate grainy-sweet malt intensity. The traditional clean fermentation profile is complemented by a low but distinct fruity hop aroma, showing subtle berry and tropical notes from the modern hop additions.
