Zeta Brady is an innovative NZ Juicy Lager that bridges the gap between the precision of a German Pils and the vibrant intensity of modern hop varieties. Brewed with a massive 30 g/l dry hop of Rakau, Galaxy, and Mosaic, it radiates high-intensity aromas of passion fruit, peach, and citrus. These tropical notes are supported by a clean, doughy malt base and the subtle floral lift of Centennial. Despite its elevated 6.2% ABV, it maintains the hallmark crispness of a classic lager, finishing dry with a lingering, firm bitterness. It is a refreshing, clean-fermenting hybrid that pairs hop-forward juiciness with the refined, elegant finish of a traditional pilsner.
Appearance. Deep straw to brilliant yellow (3-4 SRM) with excellent clarity. It is topped by a creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop character featuring prominent passion fruit, mango, and stone fruit. A secondary layer of citrus and floral Centennial hops complements a low, clean, doughy malt profile. No fermentation esters or diacetyl are present.
Taste. Initial malt flavors of toasted cracker are quickly overtaken by tropical fruit and citrus hop flavors. It features a medium-high bitterness that is firm but not harsh, leading into a crisp, very dry finish. The aftertaste is clean with lingering resinous and fruity hop notes.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with moderate-high carbonation that provides a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel. Features a light mineral sharpness and a subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
