This Double IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience centered on the interplay of Cashmere, Denali, and Amarillo hops. The aroma is dominated by a concentrated bouquet of pineapple, melon, and citrus zest, leading into a palate where resinous and tropical fruit characters are supported by a lean, neutral malt base. The addition of Denali contributes deep pineapple notes, while Amarillo provides classic grapefruit and Cashmere adds a subtle, herbal lemon-lime complexity. A firm, assertive bitterness cuts through the medium body, leading to a dry, lingering finish. It is a modern, saturated take on the style that emphasizes hop aromatic intensity over malt weight.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange (approx. 7–10 SRM). Generally clear, though a light hop haze may be present. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with prominent tropical pineapple and melon, layered with lemon-lime and floral orange. A supportive, low, neutral grainy maltiness sits in the background. Fermentation is clean and free of prominent esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of complex hop flavors including citrus, stone fruit, and tropical resin. Malt flavor is low and unobtrusive, providing a soft, clean foundation. Bitterness is high and firm but smooth. The finish is very dry with a long, hoppy aftertaste of grapefruit and pine.
