Layers of Ekuanot introduce herbal depth and fresh pine, while Nectaron delivers intense pineapple and luscious peach notes. This stone fruit character is further amplified by Citra, contributing a bright, citrusy lift. The result is a pillowy, moreish experience that balances contemporary tropical hop intensity with the traditional, pintable nature of cask ale. Appearance. Pale golden (approx. 6 SRM) with a persistent, creamy white head and excellent lacing. Noticeable haze as intended for a modern interpretation, showing a soft, luminous glow.
Aroma. High hop intensity featuring bold pineapple and peach from Nectaron and Citra. A secondary herbal and piney layer from Ekuanot provides complexity. Malt is low and neutral, offering a clean, cracker-like backdrop with a very light ester profile.
