Zapato ORO is a quintessential Ordinary Bitter, delivering exceptional drinkability in a sessionable 3.8% package. The sensory profile opens with an inviting bouquet of bready and biscuity malt, complemented by subtle notes of toasted cracker and a delicate hint of caramel. Gentle fruity esters provide a soft orchard-fruit backdrop to earthy and floral hop aromas traditional to the style. Appearance. Pale amber to light copper in color with brilliant clarity. Features a low to moderate off-white head with fair retention and light lacing.
