Appearance. Pale gold with a light orange hue; hazy and unfiltered. Features a dense, rocky, long-lasting ivory head with excellent lacing and high effervescence.
Aroma. High aromatic intensity featuring ripe Rangpur lime and citrus esters. The wild microbiota provides rustic, earthy, and slightly floral notes, while the underlying yeast profile contributes spicy black pepper and low herbal hop character.
