This Imperial Stout offers a decadent, multi-layered sensory experience. A deep, opaque appearance gives way to an intense aroma of dark chocolate and roasted malts, immediately punctuated by jammy strawberry and rich cocoa. The addition of brandy and strawberry liqueur introduces a sophisticated vinous warmth and a bright, berry-driven sweetness. On the palate, the velvety body carries notes of bittersweet chocolate and ripe strawberries, balanced by a firm roasted bitterness. The finish is long and warming, leaving a lingering impression of cocoa-dusted fruit and spiritous complexity, perfectly marrying the weight of a traditional stout with tropical Tiki-inspired elements.

Appearance. Jet black and opaque (SRM 40+); produces a dense, dark tan head with moderate retention and visible legs due to high viscosity and alcohol content.

Aroma. High intensity; rich roasted malt character featuring dark chocolate and espresso, dominated by sweet strawberry and strawberry liqueur notes. Underlying accents of cocoa, black cherry, and a vinous, spirit-forward brandy warmth with very low hop presence.

Taste. Decadent initial impression of bittersweet chocolate and cocoa. The mid-palate reveals ripe strawberry sweetness and subtle berry tartness, supported by a heavy roasted malt backbone.
