"It Bites Back" is a quintessential American IPA that champions the aggressive, resinous bite of the West Coast style. Brimming with high-intensity hop character, the profile is defined by the classic trio of Cascade, Centennial Cryo, and Simcoe Cryo. Simcoe leads with sharp pine and earthy resin, while Centennial and Cascade provide a bright citrus punch of grapefruit and floral notes. At 6.9% ABV, it presents a clean, lean malt profile that allows the hops to remain the focal point. The experience is bracingly bitter and refreshingly dry, delivering a crisp, lupulin-charged finish that lingers with a clean, resinous snap.

Appearance. Brilliant clarity with a deep golden to light amber hue. Features a dense, white, long-lasting head with significant lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop-forward bouquet featuring prominent pine resin and damp earth from the Simcoe Cryo, complemented by grapefruit zest and floral undertones from Cascade and Centennial Cryo. Low grainy-sweet malt aroma; very clean fermentation profile.
