Heislätor, a collaboration between Yankee & Kraut and Brew Age, is a quintessential Märzen that revives the soul of the traditional Munich Wiesn. Pouring a brilliant amber-copper, it leads with a sophisticated malt profile defined by rich Munich malt character. The sensory experience is anchored by a bouquet of toasted bread crust and warm biscuits, underpinned by a clean lager fermentation and a whisper of spicy noble hops. The palate is elegantly malty, balancing deep toasty notes with a crisp, moderately dry finish. Smooth and medium-bodied, it offers a refined complexity that remains refreshing, honoring the classic amber festival tradition.

Appearance. Amber-orange with deep copper highlights (10–14 SRM); brilliant clarity; persistent, fine-beaded off-white foam with good lacing.
