This classic American Lager presents a remarkably clean and refreshing profile, defined by its use of rice and natural mineral water. Taste. The initial impression is neutral and highly refreshing. A low grainy malt flavor, characteristic of rice adjuncts, provides a faint sweetness that is quickly balanced by low hop bitterness. The finish is crisp and very dry with a short, clean aftertaste featuring a slight floral hop nuance.
Mouthfeel. Light to medium-light body with a smooth texture. Very high carbonation produces a sharp, refreshing carbonic bite. Alcohol warmth is negligible.
