Blooming is a vibrant Hazy IPA that erupts with an intense tropical bouquet, amplified by the additions of pineapple, passion fruit, and kiwi. On the nose, an explosion of sun-ripened fruit dominates, supported by a subtle bready malt backbone and soft yeast esters. The palate follows suit, offering a lush, juice-forward experience where the tangy acidity of kiwi and the sweetness of pineapple meld seamlessly with New World hop character. Its appearance is a glowing, opaque gold with a thick, meringue-like head. The mouthfeel is notably soft and pillowy, finishing with a gentle, restrained bitterness that emphasizes drinkability and fruit-driven complexity.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange (5–7 SRM); opaque, hazy shine without particulates; thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; dominated by a saturated tropical profile of fresh pineapple, tart kiwi, and aromatic passion fruit. Background notes of clean, grainy, and bready malt with supportive fruity esters; no detectable hop grassiness or herbal notes.

Taste. Initial punch of tropical fruit juice including pineapple and passion fruit. Low to medium malt flavor provides a bready foundation. Hop bitterness is present but soft and masked by a fuller body. The kiwi contributes a subtle, refreshing tartness that cuts through the fruit sweetness. Finish is off-dry and smooth with a lingering, juicy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. Smooth and creamy without any harshness or astringency.
