This vibrant Australian Sparkling Ale pours a hazy, effervescent deep gold, immediately releasing an expressive, modern bouquet. The dry-hopping trio of Galaxy, Ella, and Enigma imparts bright notes of passionfruit, white grape, and subtle red currant, beautifully intertwining with the traditional yeast-derived pear and apple esters. Smooth, bready malt provides a neutral, clean backbone, keeping the focus entirely on the sparkling, refreshing hop character. A firm, cleansing bitterness rises to meet the crisp, highly attenuated finish. Spritzy and highly carbonated, it delivers a lively, thirst-quenching drinking experience that bridges classic heritage and modern craft.

Appearance. Deep yellow to medium gold in color (SRM 5-6). Pours with a tall, frothy, highly persistent white head that leaves dense lacing. Typically presented cloudy with yeast roused into the pour, showing high effervescence.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Dominant aromas of passionfruit, white grape, and light tropical notes from modern hops, complemented by moderate yeast esters of red apple and pear. Underlying grainy, bready malt notes are present with a light mineral quality and zero caramel character.

Taste. Begins with a brief, clean malt sweetness that quickly gives way to a firm, rising hop bitterness. Flavors of melon, peach, and subtle spicy-floral undertones are prominent. Highly attenuated, leading to a bone-dry, crisp finish with a lingering, clean bitterness and refreshing pome-fruit yeast character.

Mouthfeel. Medium body, feeling slightly fuller due to the suspended yeast. Very high carbonation produces a prickly, spritzy, and mouth-filling carbonic bite. Smooth texture with a light, subtle hint of alcohol warmth on the back throat.
