This American IPA presents a modern sensory profile anchored by a robust pale malt substructure, softened by the addition of flaked wheat and oat malt. The 'Trojan dyad' of Citra and El Dorado hops dominates the aromatics, offering an intense bouquet of watermelon, ripe pear, and hard candy. On the palate, waves of pineapple and apricot gummy bears collide with a sharp, dry bitter lemon finish. The hop-forward balance remains firmly centered, delivering a clean fermentation profile where intense fruit character meets a crisp, lingering bitterness typical of the style's assertive tradition.

Appearance. Deep gold to light amber (7-9 SRM). Pours with a slight, modern haze and a medium-sized, persistent white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of pineapple, apricot, and watermelon hard candy. A low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness supports the fruit, with a very low, clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is fruit-forward with flavors of ripe pear and gummy bears. A firm, medium-high hop bitterness provides balance against a clean pale malt backdrop. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering note of bitter lemon and tropical fruit skin.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly cushioned texture provided by the flaked oats and wheat. Moderate carbonation with very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth and no astringency.
