Wrężel Mangove is a vibrant hybrid that elevates the classic Weissbier profile through the addition of succulent Alphonso mango. The sensory journey begins with a potent tropical aroma, where the lush fruit notes merge with the signature banana and clove esters of the yeast. A substantial grist of wheat malt, supported by Pilsner and light caramel malts, creates a bready, soft-textured palate. The subtle inclusion of Marynka hops provides a delicate floral counterpoint to the fruit's natural sweetness.
