This West Coast style Double IPA delivers a bold, resinous punch indicative of its high-strength heritage. Deep gold with a vibrant hop profile, it leads with intense aromas of grapefruit zest, sticky pine, and hints of tropical melon. On the palate, a clean, neutral malt base provides just enough structure for the assertive, lingering bitterness to shine without being harsh. Appearance. Deep gold to light copper (7–9 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, persistent off-white head that leaves significant lacing.
