This American IPA captures a coastal rush, balancing a crisp, super clean body with an evocative hint of salinity. Waves of El Dorado LUPO and Azacca LUPO crash against the palate, delivering intense tropical fruit and soft citrus notes, while Galaxy and Simcoe add layers of stone fruit and a touch of old-school resinous character. Despite its 7% ABV, the profile remains exceptionally moreish, supported by a subtle biscuity malt backbone and a surprisingly creamy mouthfeel. It finishes bone-dry and refreshing, leaving a lingering trail of New World hop aromatics that emphasize its tropical, fruit-forward intent.

Appearance. Brilliant medium gold (approx. 7 SRM) with a persistent, fluffy white head that leaves decorative lacing; excellent clarity with no significant haze.

Aroma. High intensity hop aromatics featuring ripe mango, passionfruit, and apricot from the El Dorado and Azacca. Bright grapefruit zest and a hint of resinous pine follow, backed by a very low, clean bready malt scent and neutral fermentation profile.
